Help us protest China's attempt through a "No Action Motion" to prevent Tibet Justice Center from going to the World Summit on Sustainable Development later this year.

Please contact your Secretary of State and the Missions to the UN to urge them to vote AGAINST China's No Action Motion, and FOR TJC's accreditation to the Summit!

UPDATE
The UN has postponed the vote on Tibet Justice Center's (TJC)accreditation to participate in the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) in South Africa later this year. The General Assembly will now vote on TJC's fate this Friday, April 5th. (See: "Asia Times" article below for more details.)

NO ACTION MOTION
China's representatives know they could lose this vote and so they have introduced a "No Action Motion" to ensure that it does not even come to a debate. If they win the "No Action" vote (this is a common tactic they use, and they have never lost before) there will be no vote on TJC's accreditation and there is nothing more we can do.

Please personalize and send the sample letter to your Secretary of State and to the UN member countries listed below. Phone calls would also be very useful, if you have time.
